KernelBase.Dll error

I've had this error since I started but the only way I could fix it was to System Restore to a later date. which is Inconvenient and a waste of time well since I've restored all my restored dates I can no longer play, I've tried everything and I'm out of ides. when the game crases it causes an exception In my KernelBase.dll and will not allow the game to connect. I've posted this before and no one could figure it out. maybe the developers can fix this error. I really do love this game and I'm not going to give up on this. heres the error that has hex coding and I'm not familiar with hex but its causing kernelBase to execeed bytes. heres the error

so yeah thats it i kinda understand what is going on but not really sure what line in Nuez.exe is causing it.i could res edit neuze and go to the said line and it will tell me what it is but that dont help at all.

thats a .NET Framework. It appears that Neuz.exe countered a problem within the .Net Framework, which it appears that KERNEL32.DLL/KERNELBASE.dll is corrupted. The Best bet is http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?kernelbase and redownload Kernealbase.dll or even reinstall .NET Framework files.

i tried that its saying i dont have permission to install that file even tho i own this computer and its admin account i cant over write that file. its weird i hate windows 8 its such shit operating system.

its weird i just tried another server and it works fine..... i dont get it at all its a different flyff but yet this one wont open and crashes but the other one does?

so after updating the computer and reinstalling files and the game i got it to work and got on. i think it records on to a certain file on my computer. for each application. not really sure tho windows 8 is really horrible with games
