Kheldor Cave

Hi guys, i'm new in the server, i just joined 5 days ago, i had quite enough information about the game, i knew about the kheldor cave, so i tried it, but everytime i made it to the portal that leads to the second floor, i enter and my Neuz crashes and it closes :/ can i know what's the problem ??? i need ur help !!!

This has always been an issue regarding Kheldor. And to be honest, I don't know the reason why. I mean it only crashes when you enter the second level. It maybe be because of the internet connection. But nonetheless, try to un-summon all your pets everytime you enter a dungeon.

Reason for the crash is most likely due to a pick up pet or a regular pet out if removing that does not fix please try to re-patch sometimes that helps
