login issue and login crash

I have this common login problem this few days and its always bothering me so the problem is when I login in the game and entered the server, I don't see any character or NPC around and also I cont use the skill or TP. and also this login crash is the worst if I entered the dungeon or TP it keeps crashing the game. is there any way to fix this issue? because I cant enjoy the game for this issue.

Hi. Check if your internet connection is stable. Then about the window crashing, try Run it in compatibility mode of Windows XP (Server Pack 3).
