Bugging Seraph In Siege for Buff isn't Fair

here is the proof that Jaspy A.K.A Bop/Nestle + seraph (Chaa) and Provocateur + seraph (Vanity) that there bugging there RM and they didn't play fair in siege.. this action is often when they siege.. there bugging there Seraph without getting inside the arena siege and its not fair for the other siegers.. can you do actions to this people?

yeah they said its fix but sad to say its not coz its still exist..
Dreamteam guild always bugging/glitching since last month but still no action -_-

Why the Gm or Staff here can remove the RM bug buffs??they using the RM bug buffs when the Gm are not Online!!!!!
