I would like to suggest a scroll, that is able to bring you back Mazey cards either from a Weapon or a Suit, that costs like 1 Red Perin for each scroll which allows you to remove the Mazey card out of the Suit or Weapon and to get it back as a usual Mazey card.

Would be really helpful to recycle MC cards out of old Suits/Weapons

I agree with LegionDark. I don't know how will it affect the economy but it will be a major change in the economy. I'm guessing it's for the worse, but I'm not really sure. -1 for this.
