Hi! Since there are no guide yet regarding Crackshooter boss hunting, figured I could share what I know. I humbly accept corrections or suggestions if there are any. So let's get down to business.
Why Crackshooter? We all know or should I say majority of the players know that Crackshooter can do well at boss hunting too. Especially at Red Meteonyker where the competition at stake is high and in order to hit the boss first(we are talking at server 2 here where PK is off) you need Crackshooter's range attack. Plus, it can really deal a considerable amount of damage compared to Slayers. Though the only thing that prevents newbies to do one is because they didn't know what will be their damage output and they might get the idea that they are just wasting RPs.
Considering you got enough RPs, or in case you're just starting out, you can browse forums for amazing guides on how to farm or gain RC/RP along the way.

Basically, you can kill kalgas/ankou/drakul/that boss with shadow weapon drop which I detest the most/turtle king/red meteo.

Stats: +800 to all stats, +400%hp, +400%attack
Cost: 1rp-2rp
Attribute: Not soul linked so if you want to sell it, you may freely do without the use of unbinds. You can sell it for 3rp-10rp depends on awakes.
Awakes: 400%+ ICD will do in case you're lazy but the higher the better
Cards: Wind Card A for speed. Electric Card A won't do you any good with +70 DEX only so might as well use speed cards for fast movement speed.
Socketing: 72% PvE Damage obtainlable via PvE Diamonds.

BLACK BOW
Stats: +800 to all stats, +400%hp, +400%attack
Cost: 5000 RC-1rp
Attribute: Soul-linked. You need unbinds in case you want to sell afterwards.
Awakes: 400%+ ICD will do in case you're lazy but the higher the better.
Cards: Wind Card A for speed. Electric Card A won't do you any good with +70 DEX only so might as well use speed cards for fast movement speed.
Socketing: 72% PvE Damage obtainlable via PvE Diamonds.

Cost: 10rp-15rp

Attribute: Soul linked. You need unbinds in case you want to sell afterwards. Might be a waste of RP to unbind but if it has good awakes you can sell it and thank SOTA(Scroll Of Transfer Awake) for that.
Helm - 600+ DEX Awakes
Suit - 4/4 Lightning Cards 7% Increase Attack. 400%+ ICD will do in case you're lazy but the higher the better.
Gloves - 600%+ Critical Chance
Boots - 600%+ Increase Critical Damage
ACCESSORY

Cost: 20 Vote Points. Price may vary in-game but the ideal range would be 30rp-45rp.

DAMAGE OUTPUT

I have both Sea King Cloak and Zombie Hunter's Cloak and I compared the damage. After using Sea King cloak, I hit Kalgas for approximately 17m and Behemoth for approximately 21m. When I switched to Zombie Hunter's Cloak, I hit Kalgas for about 26m and for Behemoth it's approximately 33m. I'm guessing that if I switched to FWC 3 Cloak(the Critical Chance cloak) I will have a damage output the same with my Sea King Cloak. Don't worry about the hit rate though because I hit fairly good and accurate. I didn't count the exact arrows thrown before I land a hit but I'm guessing it's like 1 out of 2 or 3 arrows. Hit rate for boss seems fine.

I didn't include PVE% Awakes because I don't have one and I don't think newbies can afford it at the moment. Though PVE% Awakes can really boost up the damage output of any boss hunting class. And as I've said above, players are welcome to upgrade my guide along the way if they can. As well as MQC Fashion which has the same stats as that of a Vote Set. And MQC Cloaks too.
