i didnt play for like 2 years and when i came back it says im being banned . how the? i have a lot of referals to this game and i donated alot . UNBAN PLSS thanks

i've been a loyal player to you guys i donated i'm helping out newbies then one of a sudden after going back after 2 years in the game im banned? kindly unban this please . a still have a referals waiting ti play this game.
