My char keeps on crashing

my account keeps on crashing but i dont even have any lag it just freezes the screen and crashes can you help me?

Change all of your graphics (patcher and in-game) to Low. Also turn off the Background Effect. One more thing that helps is to unsummon your pets (pick-up and stat) when entering a dungeon or teleporting. Other than those things, I don't think we have more possible solution that I know of. Often times it is because of poor/weak internet connection.
