at first picture at Mia shes trying to kill me using Eva but nothing happens and for the second picture is at Rock Muscle as you can see she use the sleeping skill on me and i was just farming QI for MQC and its unfair because im just farming and im not doing anything to her

What the other player did was not against the rules because you are in a PK Area.
If you want to avoid being attacked by other players, try to log on channel 2 instead where pk is disabled.
