Like stated in the title, whenever i hover over hair or fashion in my inventory the game freezes for about 5 seconds before it loads.

I had same problem, all i did to fix it was to restart my pc and it worked perfect again.
If that wont solve the problem try turning down your settings

well i still have it sometimes but the lag time and how often it occurs have gone down since the maintenance^^
