Old Pk Titles

I personally dislike the new pk titles, "Fighter titles" the old ones had so much more personality and variaty about them, so i suggest if possible to swtich back to the old ones.

As i see it this should't have any negative impact in to the game due they being only titles, and not effecting the game mechanics themselves.

Me too, i remember in e-flyff dual clienting and doing self pvp whole day to try get one of those awesome titles for my character. Very Happy

I know, but as i don't prefer the new pk titles i don't see reason to.

My comment was just nostalgia spike from the past, had nothing to do with topic itself. Razz

It would be nice if we had the old PvP titles put back in as well as some new custom ones, unique to the server. It would allow a bit more variation in player choices so they don't have to get custom titles all the time just to have a nice title.

Or much better to gained that kind of titles is required to go inside the Arena, like Old flyff you go to SM arena^_^
I miss that like Royal Rumble ^_^.

or It will be great if that Titles are available at RC Shop!? I'm just wishing 'cause never have one so sad,

Being it in rc shop or pk/pvp titles, i just hope some new titles would be obtainable, it's kind a shame only way to get some variaty at the moment, is to win a event.

Im talking about the empty title that you can type any title you want ^_6that would be available at RC Shops.

I have a feeling that if something like that would be added, it would be in donate shop. sigh

As cool idea it sounds, i think it could ruin event rewards for some players, those players who already have rp and don't have use for fun mask/weapon, would be left with less, i would be satisfied with already set titles, them being cool enough.

Etc, too lazy to think more names.

I also can think 3 ways to implant them,

1. Red chip shop, as you mentioned.

2. Implanting pvp points, when you get kills in arena, what you can spend in title shop in arena area.

3. some kind a token, what drops from new quest mobs wich can be traded to titles, would give players another reason to get themselves aurum set.

/support on this idea, brings back memories from eFlyff! It would be nice having cool titles to unlock since GMs barely host events for custom title prizes! As you can see in the event log last event hosted was Feb 23rd which was last week ago.

Yeah, I agree, I do miss the old titles. However, gaining tokens or such thing with however many kills in the arena you got doesn't completely make too much sense. Someone can just farm one of their own characters and farm up a bunch of the tokens/ect and bam they're done.

You have a point there, but in the end it's only title, it's not like its gonna boost players killing power.

I was just throwing think out of my head, and they could be un-tradeble so even if players farm them, it only benefits that one character, i mean when he/she has desired title, there is not much reason to farm it. In a long run, it could even encourage players go to arena more, and give some variaty to it.

It was just quik idea, but like i said if the tokens and titles would be un-tradeble, i don't see much negative about it.

Well the thing with the titles is that there is already titles out that you can win from events.

The main point of this topic originally was bringing back old pk titles, and your right, you can win titles from the events, but would it hurt to give players other ways of getting titles above winning events.

Lets say, there are 1-3 rounds of event a week, it's 3 players from 150-200 players a week, so basically it could take months to get even change to win a event to some players, and i like to remind that this subject doesn't change gameplay at all, it doesn't boost players dmg or hp or anythink. It's purely for those who wish to give some personality to their characters.

Secondly, as we have previosly stated they could be set titles, so only title scrolls from event syou can choose it ur own, i don't think it would take away from it in any way.

To clarify something, main point in this topic was old pk/pvp titles, another additional side topics like that pvp token think, was just throwing thinks in the air.

That's the thing, not everyone came here to spend time with the event games. So, it would be great to have another way to get to those titles.

Like "Azall" mentioned the main POINT is bring back the OLD TITLES, ya we get it we can have Title by winning every events. But that different story that title you can Name any title you wanted...

Yes we have Title gain by doing things like 2000 pots or vend or kill bosses, but this not too awesome LIKE the OLD ones "OLD and yet Awesome" ^_6.

We it doesn't matter how to get it. The POINT is to have different titles.
