CrackShooter is a longrange class first of all.

It's all about DEX and ICD (increase critical damage) so you'll get more melee block as well.

Rangers here don't have a very good hit rate, same for slayers, because their crit damage can go over 800m in pvp. Rangers can charge over 1b damage as well.
