I wonder if Harquelin needs a lot of % attack when I have a lot of strength.

Get as much STR and ATK% as possible. PVP% is also very helpful.

All the ATK% Yoyos are 1 handed. They're the one's that are not from official Flyff.

2- te shields give better/higger stats than Weapons
and about main topic, yes, since the HOP damage is calculed with Damage, you need Atack% and STR for raise it

I agree with both Amnesty and Nowaki. Try to get as much %atk as possible to increase your HOP damage.
