Takao is missing after being banned

so i was away for a while i didnt give my character to anyone except my cousin only him and me knows the password of this account he reported to me that last time he got banned for i dont know the reason and seems that he cant log in after that i tried to reset it`s password and change it so i can be the only one to access it and then i found this

could you guys enlighten me of what happened to my account why it got banned in the first place and where is it now?

Could this be another case of banned hack deleted lifted account?
