Can't open shop.

First, sorry for my english, i'm a french player.

Ok, my problem is that a few days ago, i tried to open my shop, but when i click ok to open it, an error message appeared and tell me that the character name was not allowed. I don't understand what happened, i didn't tried after thar error message, thanks to those who will help me :3

You must have used a character name that wasn't recognized by the system as part of the English alphabet or something. Try typing a Shop name in English.
