Good day sir/mam, I am one of your newest players. I was hoping if you could help me on my log in problems.Here's the issue:
-I downloaded the client via the split parts 1-13, after which I extracted all files as instructed and opened World Folder and created a new folder named WdMarket. Then I opened the patcher which  needed a loading of 901 which I completed,  when I tried to log-in , I made sure that my account username and password is correct but it stated that : Cannot connect to the server. Please check the network. I repeated it several times but i gained no good remarks, I also checked my internet and its working finely. What am i supposed to do? I will be hoping for your immediate response to this message. Thank you and more power!

On topic, have you tried some of the solutions below?

There are many reasons why this occur: (1) Internet Connection Issues, (2) Out-dated Patch of Client, (3) Firewall/Antivirus  blocks the connection to the application, (4)  and etc.

Check internet cable if it was correctly attached.
Diagnose your internet connection by visiting www.speedtest.com

Note: It is advisable to use regularly the patcher to update new files and avoid problems in the future.

(3) Firewall/Antivirus  blocks the connection to the application
Include Mazey Flyff Patcher.exe and neuz.exe to your antivirus and firewalls exception list. Reboot PC

(4) Neuz problem
Delete Neuz.exe and re-patch

Yes I already did all the procedures thus deleted my client and extracted a new one and did the same thing again but still cannot log in. Note: I even turned off my antivirus
