Go into your World folder and check if you have a folder within it called WdMarket. If you don't, create it and re-patch the game.
If you do have it, try to log onto S2, teleport in less crowded area then log onto S1.
If you do have it, try to log onto S2, teleport in less crowded area then log onto S1.
