No, I believe it isn´t. At least, in FlyFF Gold, the official FlyFF, items were dropped already from 2 PKs.

You´re safe with 1 PK. 2 PK and onwards is a risk. What you could do is to run to Sanpress 2 once you have red name, and kill some random mobs there to get your white name again.

I suppose 2 PK's is safe from dropping Items. I doubt with 3 but what I'm assure of is.. above 3 PK's will.

I have PK like madness, but when I am Pk level 3 it was still safe, which anything that is past PK3 can be more risk.
