game won't start

I get a white screen and it just goes away when i am trying to log into the game. i bring up the patcher, hit start, the white screen comes up and sits there for a bit then just goes away and nothing else happens. Any advice on how to fix it? I have only started playing yesterday and it ran great now today this issue... I tried it several times and restarted my pc.

Go to your patcher's options and set everything to low. If that still won't work, delete neuz.exe and fully patch the game.
