so i forgot my username and password and i dont want to start new account cuz i have donated items

All you can do is either message Grey here on the forum and wait for him to come online and reply or you can also well you already did it (make a forum topic) and you're also going to have to wait until a staff member gets online and replies to you.

I feel you about what happened to your account. Its quite alarming for situtions like this. Let me share about the account protocol if you lost your information on your account, well, in your case you lost your Username nd Password but just be prepared to know and to fill out these informtion. And yes, you got to message Mister Grey and GM Daily about this.

He said he forgot his username.. How's he suppose to take a screenshot if he cannot enter his account? He's just going to have to wait until an Admin or Grey messages him about his situation.
