We can't make bigger fonts in-game. Maybe some players have big fonts at screenshots is because their client resolution is small. Let's say 800x600, so that's why when they take a screenshot, it looks bigger compared to other resolutions. I'm not that sure about this though.

I think it has something to do with their system font settings that makes the text bigger on their client/screen.
