Why players can still join my party I already deactivated the Allow Joining option? is this bug?

I don't think it is. But just sometimes it happens too. If that happens, just check your party settings again and deactivate the Allow Joining and it should be fine by then. This happens to me also. But after I did the process I told you above, everything is working fine.

In addition, check the party list and see if your party is there. If not, then you are probably safe.

It resets every time you enter a dungeon or change party leaders. lol so you have to turn it on and off again if you ever do any of those. every time.
