First of all. I have 0-20% knowledge with Templars. So please Help me what Items to Buy. Im FD. (Esp with cloak choice) What kind of Consumables to Use while Sieging. Etc.

btw for cloak, just use the normal 40rp cloak all stats +800 atk/hp +500%
legion sword or axe for max hp
donate 2h sword or axe for high reflect
