and since gms are now active, but honestly unlucky to win.

This could be in between a +1 and a -1.

+1 because yes, everyone would like to sell and buy their own custom title instead of having to wait for an event and I've been told by various sources there has been some rare events help by staff (by rare events I mean very little, every once in a while). The community does want to but there's always a downside to this suggestion as well.

-1 because due to the buying/selling and such it would also be another high priced item (I think it would be because of the rare amount won.) and the community would try to overprice it and everything like that.

It's a +1 and a -1. I'm kind of in the middle of this decision. But, great suggestion it's just things have to be thought about very thoroughly. Keep up with the great and positive suggestions, have fun!

Custom title was once tradable.
However we have changed it to non-tradable last year January.

People work around this by arranging GMs to give the title to a designated person (ex: a different character or a friend), if you do not wish to have it on your own character. However, this could prove to be difficult if the person you're giving it to is a random individual instead of a trustworthy friend that will surely pay you for it in return later on.

Yeah I could see it being a scammed. but it would be great if it can still be bought at a reasonable price though.
