Even if i press them over and over again i still cant see them and i cant even see them in the start button please help me i really do need your help

Repatch the game. Or delete neuz and then repatch. I think that would do.

You need to change your game resolution to a bigger size as your current resolution settings doesn't seem to match your monitor/screen resolution.  Try to play in full screen mode.
