How can I get an item with a plus stat on it?for example str+aurum set or sta+ kalgas set just like that or is it random?

You mean like Stats on Armor parts? If yes, you can use Stat Scrolls

Use Scroll of (STR, INT, STA, DEX). Those scrolls are obtainable in collecting area.
