This suggestion is based on the Scroll of Holy. The point of this suggestion was to add a 3 sec cool down on Scroll of Holy . Why? Well so we will prevent spamming .. Also so it will be far for arcanist to give some damage to their target b4 the target escape ... Gimme me a thumb up if u approve ..
