Reboot your computer. If not, redownload the game. If that dosn't work either, you probably have to download the newest version of Direct 3D- which I doubt you will need to, but still...

i have an issue with the same of the topic. i played before with the same computer but when the admin do some updates i cant logged in now T_T

@ferch08 Reboot your computer after patching the files, if not then redownload the client. Often times I wait over the night and it usually solved the problem on its own.

i already did that many time but still not working. the game asking for direct3d.i do redownload the client and patch it over and over.

Try updating your Direct3D and see if it solves the issue.
