Character Frozen

Hi. Last night after having photoshoots with my guildmates, i went to collecting area SM to collect some items and just left it there while doing homeworks. But this morning my character is already frozen. I cant teleport anywhere and cant move and it says you cannot teleport while being frozen.
Please need help. Thanks.

If  its happen  again to you    just  try to  Re-Login  sometimes it fix some bugs  1 to  3 times   then if  doesnt  fix  then that is the   time to  need the help of  Staff ... This Advice is base on my Experince with the same problem as you did

It can also be fixed if you just resume collecting and then stop again. As long as you dont un-equip the collector, that is.
