HELP ME IM BUGGED.

Hi Goodmorning Mazey Team,...
My two account was Banned i just don't know what is the reason.
Yesterday it's okay and i farmed a lot of MQC, but today is now banned.
I don't know if it's just a bug of MQC event.
Because no admin/staff's pm me in game to get me banned.

By the way this is the information of the two accounts:

if you see the reason why i get banned, please tell me what it is. im really really confused about this case.
