I send you this message because I have a problem in play ... When I cast the spell "WindField" I have a latency before the spell launches! I have 1400% reduction of spell time and it does not work. I press my F3 key to cast the spell and 2-3 seconds later, the spell casts.
I live in belgium, I thought it was maybe because of his, I do not know said me ...
Please help me because I can not play my Elem in this conditions.
