FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q: Which donation methods do you support?
A: The only method available is through paypal.

Q: I don't have paypal, how can I donate?
A: For now, there's no other way to donate other than paypal. The owner (Mazey) is still working on other ways with regards to donation. However, there is no exact date for the release of the said donation system.

Q: Is there any bonus dpoints when I donate?
A: Yes. Below is a table of available bonus points.

$150 - $199	20%
$200 and up	25%

You may use the dpoint bonus calculator. See step number 4 for details.

Q: How long will I need to wait for me to receive my dpoints?
A: You will get your dpoints right after Mazey have verified your donation. The management usually checks his email regularly especially in the morning. So, it will still depend on the owner's availability.

Q: I already sent my donation but I didn't get my dpoints yet.
A: Make sure that you send an email to mazeyflyff1@gmail.com your donation details. In case you have emailed it already, kindly check your email for a reply from our donor administrator for the clarification of your donation. Please see step 9.

Q: Is there any refund incase I want my money back?
A: It was stated in the terms of agreement that there is no refund. However, your dpoints will be restored if in case there will be an emergency server wipe.

Q: Why do I receive this message in paypal? "You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money."
A: You may not have enough balance in your paypal account. But somehow, I have read in some article that some paypal users especially new created paypal accounts are also encountering such problem due to paypal's security purposes. You may contact or send a ticket to a paypal customer representative to solve this issue.

STEPS IN DONATING

1. Go to www.mazeyflyff.com and login your account on the panel.
   

   Step 1:

2. Click "Donate" on the panel menu
   

   Step 2:

3. Must read carefully and understand the terms of agreement before sending any donation. Click agree if you accept the terms and condition. Otherwise,  click disagree if you're against it.
   

   Step 3:

4. Use the bonus calculator to verify the total number of dpoints you will receive in a certain amount you want to send.

5. Click Donate to proceed
   

   Step 5:

6. You will be redirected to paypal page. This time, you need to enter the amount you want to donate and of course, your paypal account details. Click login
   

   Step 6:

7. Review the details carefully especially the amount. If you're done, click the botton "Donate $ USD Now"
   

   Step 7:

8. Paypal will notify you that your donation was successfully sent and it will give you a confirmation number which is also called as the Transaction ID. Copy and save the Transaction ID in a notepad.
   

   Step 8:

   Transaction ID is also visible in your transaction history as well as in your email's inbox.

9. You need to email mazeyflyff1@gmail.com with the following details:
   
   Account: (username in Mazey)
   Paypal Email: (your paypal email)
   Transaction ID: (your transaction ID)
   Date: (transaction date)
   Amout: (amount donated)
   
   

   Step 9:

   Note: You will be required to mail the above details in order to confirm your donation. Mazey will manually put the dpoints onto your account right after the verification.
   

Also when you donate if you don't have an account and you just use a credit card you will get an email from paypal an easy way is to copy the sequence of numbers in the yellow bar and paste it in your email to Mazey. (that's how I do it)

No, paypal is the only way to donate. Implementing other donation options are still in process.

Uhmm is there another way of donation? rather than paypal? like in the PH many of got no paypal and would very much likely to donate

I think it would be great if mazey could implement another way of donation , such as SMS x)

can you fix your paypal services to support donations from japan please :s

i'd try to donate via paypal using my atm card but i get error,
it say" your atm account put on hold please contact your atm card banker"
i'd check my atm account and it has 47,000.00 pesos
can anyone help me?

Well Janta you can do 2 things. 1 just register your credit card information and try it again. Or 2. You must go to the bank and talk with them to help you out. I miss the old times when Paypal wasan't so newbie

Just use paymaya to pay for donation's. Its more convenient.
