I think it would be a good idea to add more guild house items and make it so you can have more than one of the same furniture type, but I guess have a limit of like 3 of the same.

Item examples:

- Custom Wallpapers and Floors/Carpets
- TV Very Happy
- New cool sofa's (puffy ones)
etc
