Guidance for the Newbie

Hey. I'm quite confuse on this part :/

So, I downloaded the client in both Mega and 4Shared (cause of inernet issues)
and when I looked at my desktop, the icon of the client was there, but when I open it, it showed the command prompt instead :/

So I asked someone at the chat box and they said to download the patcher...

Here's the thing... I need to download the client and then the patcher to play the game, is that it?

The site of the patcher says this: "Hindi magagamit ang wed page na ito."
