Fix the vote in the site

Fix the voting system in the site,many can vote there account in 1 day for unlimited voting using many accounts

Player can only vote every 12 hours in a single IP. Players are not able to vote again using another account with same IP or same account with changed IP.

but many player can vote unlimited in 1 IP   :: 

they only reset there router then there IP was change and vote other accounts that it..so you telling 1 account only vote twice nope XD..

Yes, I've tried the said procedure by changing the dynamic ip of my modem. I think you didn't undertand well my previous explanation regarding the voting system. To clear it up, yes, user can have another vote by changing their IP since gtop100 system only accepts one IP per vote every 12hrs, however, the site was coded one ip and one account per vote to get vpoints. Meaning, a player can vote in his IP once with his account. If he wish to vote again, he will probably change his IP so he can vote another BUT he can no longer vote using the previous account he used unless 12 hrs waiting time has passed or he will going to use another account to vote using his changed IP.

No one can do multiple vote in a single IP unless it has been changed.
