Can't upgrade anything

when i put my ring in the upgrade system, it just does anything, loading and doing nothing.
Same when i try to buff myself with seraph, it's not just on 1 character..

Are trying to uprade the Atk Set Jewelry or Mp Set Jewelry?
-This not upgradable.
Or

NPC Jewelry like Champion Set etc...
To upgrade use Aprotect Scroll the Light Blue color Scroll+Moonstones

Seraph Buff you need to be in the party.

Weird, i tought u could upgrade the atk RING

if you could, it wouldn't do you any good as the attack accessory's (same with the mp ones) don't give stats on anything, just the set effect.
