Hi allCannot connect to game.... Aaaa11

Please help us our connection is good but when we trying to connect to "Select Character" then accept message box pop up says " Cannot connect to the game. Please check the network."

Open the patcher, click Options, Set everything to low.

I do sometimes counter that problem, even with my low settings. But, I just click ok, whenever I get that message, which it does bring you back to starting point, which I will try it again. Sometime, it happens during a mis-connection between pc/server connection or that there is so many players on line at the same time.

Are you using neuz.exe directly to login? If so, please use the Patcher when logging in to update the files to avoid encountering the issue.

If it still won't work, let us know so we can advise you more possible solution.

can you try this Open mazey flyff folder then look for Setting configuration "neuz" then open it ctr+a then delete after that copy this below! and paste it inside the neuz and save it then re-patch^

Download this-->CCleaner
clean your history and cookies and cache. etc.

Analyze first the run cleaner

on Registry:
Analyze then fix it all don't back-up.

on your PC click start click RUN type cmd
type this:
ipconfig/release hit enter after this
-> ipconfig/renew hit enter
netsh winsock reset then hit enter

and restart.

Sir won't work also still not connected for 2 days. i thnk there is no possibilities to have IP banned!

all of my 9 pc station are not connected on the game. please help i try all those possibilities that all u been posted. But still Won't work. i thnk its not my ISP.

Add as administrator the neuz.exe
add exception to the firewall settings.

after that delete Neuz.exe then re-patch it again.

Maybe it has something to do with your units' antivirus and firewall settings. Try to add the two application programs (Patcher and neuz) to their exception list.

I can also offer an assistance through remote in team viewer in case above solutions don't work.

i dnt have installed any antivirus even my firewall is off... ok sir assist me for remote my desktop.

Delete your Mazey Flyff Folder, then re-extract the file (WinRar) to have a new Mazey Flyff Folder Then re-patch and your good to go.

i had encounter also that kind of issue, re-installing is the best way,

Just re-install Mazey Flyff, that will fix the problem,

i just encountered that problem also, "re-install" is the best way!
