BUG Flyff closes

I'm having some problems when I select a dungeon, my flyff locks and closes only when I reconnect appear in dungeons, however when I went to do kheldor I fell portal to the 2 floor as a result I returned to the beginning of the dungeon
how do I stop it?

Go to options and set your graphics to low and make sure you unsummon your pet/s when teleporting.
