Scam Sell or What?

I've encountered this dude named MelaninMan and xSuperman on the market.. :3 Here's the Scenario.
xSuperman is Trading his Black Guitar = Seaking Cloak.. MelaninMan used to sell SeakingCloak for 130RP.. So i did PM xSuperman.. My idea is.. Imma give 130RP to xSuperman to trade for his Black Guitar and he will buy the Seaking Cloak for 130RP.. So its a fair deal to avoid scam sell .. But He didn't agreed and tell me why dont i buy the seaking to MelaninMan so that i can trade it to xSuperman's Guitar... /hmm thats suspicious isn't it? :O so what do ya think?

It is suspicious.. It could be a scam. Hmmm.. I saw my IGN there.. And I just want to say that we (Staff/Mods/Ambassadors) are unbiased, we do not pick sides without doing careful investigations.. I will request for an investigation about this. Thanks for reporting :3

From what I have read through this report.  Yes it does sounds fishy. First off, when a player is saying SeaKing Free it is not really free at all. It is just a tactics of trying to get that shop be more noticed.  

MelaninMan is selling his seaking for 130RP (not free), then xSuperman notice MelaninMan is selling his/her cloak at that price. He makes a shop which he puts his black gulitar on display with a higher price, so that everyone knows that he has the black gulitar to trade.  

It appears that you suggested that he could sell his gulitar for 130RP which be perfect to allow him to get that sea king.  He is laughing at you because here is the thing... he is not really telling the truth to the shoppers. His over all plan is trade his black gulitar for a seaking cloak plus 50RP.  Which by truth...is a scam. He want to scam players out of more RP then actual wanting to do a trade that he is truly shouting.  

The rules of Trading is this:
When it comes to trading, the both items needs to be at the same price. SO if a Sea king is worth 130RP, then the black gulitar is worth 130rp.  

but if both ip matches, then the person is actually making 310RP, instead of a simple 130


Note: Please be careful when you are looking for an item. Also it is best to spend time in talking about the deals so that you are actual aware of what the seller is really after.
