Hi GM,Admin,Staff take a look !

First we are dealing for my Sea King Cloak and trade to His Gaara Gourde Cloak and then I ask him to add 10rp so he agree. Then after that I trade him and then he keeps on cancelling it after he put his Gaara then after 3 times of trading/cancelling and then the last part is that he trying to scam me he trade fast his 10rp and the cloak that is not Gaara at the time. Please take some action of that player.
