Grey the Kristine Leizeken account is not a legit account from social media but why are you staffs taking his/her report from a fake social media account and making immediate action isn't that odd and unfair for those who are playing with their true identity in social media?

Chewslot, staff here is not abusive. Staff does not do anything without spend time in making sure that the reports are valid and good enough to considered of actions.

We do not confirm a report from a social media as legit due to if an account user use his fake identity or real identity. Remember that a Facebook account (name and profile picture/cover photo, address, date of birth etc.) can be duplicated, but a few details cannot be copied. Reports from social medias such as Facebook needs a thorough investigation/verification before taking actions.

as you see facebook poser accounts is not easily detected if it is fake or until the real owner of picture or other information is reported do you use this social media account or what? in case you don't know I am informing you ^_^
