Why my friend BP banned??

Hi Mazey Staff i would like to know what is the reason for banning my friends account...he said he didn't make any violation and i already check the reports forums and i see any reports for my friend...this is the picture of my friends account...i already try it here to my pc but it still the same problem...can you please help my friend to fix his problem?? thank you for your bless concern...

Wait for Grey's response regarding this. And ask your friend if he/she indulged on buying RPs in real-life currency because it is not allowed here. You know, sometimes a player does not report about real-life currency buying/selling because he/she might be on the hot spot too.

oh i see thank you...but still i will wait for grey response for a reason of banning my friend account...and if ever he really did a mistake and out of the rules he deserve this...

I already informed the owner of the account about the reason of his sanction yesterday.
