These Items Prices are dropping rapidly.

I agree on that one, most of these items are too easy to acquire. Just 1 - 2 h of collecting gives you every item on that list at least once.

Currently I can't see a big difference between Rare and Unique as some things from the Unique part drop more often than stuff from the Rare section (Gold Batteries for example).

Noted. (It'd worth mentioning that unique is intended to drop at a higher rate than rare, as this is the only way to obtain these items. And trust me, you'll need a lot of stat scrolls to perfect your gear, from my experience.)

probably mazey intentionally make it drop easier to cut the Over Pricing in the game .

I believe that the rate of items being dropped has been changed, which you are still able to get them but not like they were before.
