How long have you been playing FlyFF? (Official server + Private servers): I started playing the Official server at around v12 and quit when v16 was released and have been playing private servers ever since then.

How long have you been playing Mazey FlyFF?: I started playing right when the server was released back about a year ago and have been playing on and off since.

Have you ever become a Forum-Moderator before? Tell us about your forum experience: I have been a forum moderator and community manager on other servers and websites before. I'm completely aware of the typical procedures enforced by most forums and especially Mazey's rules.

How active can you be on the forums?: Considering I don't have much to do with it being my last year in high school, I will have ample amount of time to spend on the forums each day to ensure all aspects of the site are dealt with.

Why did you apply for a Forum-Moderator?: I am applying to be a Forum Moderator because I want to make a difference. I want to make people psyched to play this amazing server. Most importantly, I want to help this growing and improving community to a vast a bright future ahead.

Why did you pick Mazey FlyFF server from all the rest of the other servers to play?: I picked Mazey Flyff over all the rest of the server because it is just simply better. Most servers now-a-days is just the same recycled ideas and features that leads to no-where. Mazey on the other hand, has a welcoming community, tons of amazing and original features, along with a wonderful team of staff members who actually care what the players have to say.

I will always look to take care of my responsibilities as a Forum Moderator and ensure that whatever comes my way I handle with eagerness and patience. I know when it is time to be humorous and when it is time to be serious.

What can you do to improve the forums of the server?: I will look to make this well-organized forum more useful to the community. I will make sure that responses are made to anyone with a problem within a few hours. Mainly, I will strive to encourage the players to support this amazing server while assisting their wants and needs.

Do you really love Mazey FlyFF from your heart and you promise not to abuse your powers if you get hired?: -Holds hand over official rules of Mazey- I do!

Would you keep the forums clean from any spam topics and enforce the forum rules? I will!

What other activities you do that prevent you from staying on the forums?: School

Tell us about yourself: My name is Josh. I am 17 years old and a senior in high school. I'm a gamer, a sports fanatic, and a Flyff enthusiast. I am always looking to improve upon myself so that I may be the best me possible. I'm a extremely humble person. I'm also very patient so don't hesitate to ask me something. Like I said, I have played formerly with other accounts.
I don't feel as if the amount of posts you have determine how active you are towards the community and the forums.

Thanks for the critic though. Smile

Mizuki i disagree with your statement , because i knew some guys who became ForumMod with less activity in forum , what you need is good management style , look at me , i have more than 300 posts , but does that make me more competent than other applicans ? No , just No.

A forum mod should be active in the forum, before he becomes a forum mod. By the way there are so many new GMs, which should also moderate the forum. In my opinion no need. Just my point, not decision.

Mizuki

I have played here since the server began on and off. I have an forum account from Mid-2013 that I found again, however I don't go by the name anymore (Axel is the account name). I appreciate the opinions guys, but could you please not debate on my application. Thanks Very Happy

That is not a debate that is just my opinion. Before you apply as a forum mod, you should follow the forum rules. One rule is:
Only one account per person.

If you had lost your password, there is a 'I forgot my password - routine'
There are / were enough persons on this server, which made their own rules, rules are there to walk the line. Enough said. /nosupport

Mizuki

There's no need to be disrespectful. Furthermore, I wasn't interested in your support. I'd appreciate if you didn't reply anymore causing us to look bad among the community because your kind of just stirring the pot. Just please stop being arrogant about something as this. It's not a matter of life or death. As I said before, I knew not of the where about's of the password, nor did I care to make a big deal over making a new one considering I no long went by the name. I'm well aware of the rules and it's very unprofessional of you to continue to badger me about such ridiculous things. Smile

i agree with mizuki he's just saying his opinion thats all , you should've respected his opinion not just keep talking about what you feel.. any ways he wasn't debating on ur application he was just saying his opinion as he said ! so you should respect all the opinions that are wrote on ur application so thats would be great for you , because if you've been accepted and have wrote ur opinion in an application or some thing and some guys didn't agree with ur opinion .. what are you going to do ? flame em or some thing?

It's alright with me. I'm welcome to all opinions and don't discriminate. However, I've had many family issues as of recent and I'm no longer pursuing a position at the moment. The way I see it (which is all that should matter considering this is my application), the thread is about me... So why should I not respond with how "I" feel? You guys are responding improperly as this isn't a discussion or opinion thread. It's like if I gave an employer my resume and he started writing his opinions on it. Anyways, I'm fine with it for now.
