make balance of all jobs the mentalist is weak now

the balance is only for bp harlequin and etc the more weaker now is mentalist how about the player using mentalist and slayer if slayer have more hit rate can use on siege too i think this game is only for force master and harlequin

example: the FP potion for debuffing the templar.... see?
