We need Screenshots as proof as we cannot monitor the chat window 24/7.

What WhiteNoise and Daily said. Without screenshots it will be just your words against his. So the staffs needs evidence to prove. The reporter often times provided screenshots so they can have vendetta on the said person. I urge you to do that too so the staff can handle it properly.
