As stated above, It would be a big help if you could provide a more detailed screenshot. However, I'll still send that player a message about this as it clearly shows how inappropriate it is.

About this report, please do mind your language as well. I've heard that you've been using offensive words against other players recently. Watch your words next time. I hope you are aware of the consequences if you still continue.
