3/3 Dfash better than 4/4

Maybe I quit for a long time so anyone is free to correct me if I'm wrong but is there such this as 3/3 D fash nowadays? Perhaps 3/3 Normal Fashion or Vote Fashion. But I never heard of 3/3 D fash. If this indeed was true, then maybe it's better than 4/4 depending on what part is missing. As some players notices 2/2 Female Vote Fashion is expensive because you can use a head fashion with stats plus that gauntlet with 10% attack. That's the same for 3/3 D Fash.

The 3/3 D.fash for male(Intensity set/Wizard set/Ichigo set) only contains helm, suit and boots. Because of that, you are able to equip the Insane Lord Gloves(RC fash) which gives an additional 20% atk. This is the reason why it's much better than the 4/4 one.
