Unbanned but where is the Characters?

Good Day again sir.. Sir Im sorry for this is my 2nd time to report something.... Yes after GM Grey said that ( IGN: Luoisette ) is no longer banned ... Yes his account is No longer banned but where is his characters.. His character is no longer there... I want to continue the discussion in my latest report but it is already lock and Im sorry for my disturbance again.. Sir could you check his account sir.. why his characters are gone... btw Sir Thank you for the help for my last report .. I forgot to tell thank you... hehe

I can see that you also have an access to the account, however, I can only give information regarding its account details to the authorized user. (i.e. owner of the account)
