Can I suggest that the master frozen weapons will
Be get in the game like to make a quest in order to get it cos I know its rare but many pepple wants to get some of those weaps even me

They're meant to be one of rarest items in game. If they were to be obtainable by a quest, it would be unfair for the people who paid a lot of money to obtain them.

-1 Implementing quests for the frozen weapons would highly decrease its value which is biased towards those who obtained it the hard way.
